Welcome to Sacred Heart of Jesus Korean Catholic Parish!

Praise the Lord! Sacred Heart of Jesus Korean Catholic Parish is a Korean Catholic parish located in Weddellsfield, Connecticut, affiliated with the Archdiocese of Hartford. Our parish is comprised of approximately 200 parishioners from 35 communities across Connecticut. Connecticut Catholic Parish began its first Mass in 1978 and was elevated to community status in 1992. In January 2001, we established a community here in Weddellsfield, and in 2019, we were elevated to associate parish status. As of 2022, under the leadership of our 11th priest, Rev. Joseph Sang-sun Lee (Archdiocese of Seoul), parishioners serve in various small communities, including the Pastoral Council, the Liturgy Department, the Legion of Mary, and the Society of the Sacred Heart.
